Personalised training programmes to match your fitness levels and continually updated to ensure progression. These are sent via email so can be easily accessed on your mobile phone when in the gym/exercise area.
Diet Analysis. Your diet will be analysed using professional diet analysis software with a report given via email. Throughout your coaching, your diet will be monitored.
